Hi, I’m Erin Henry, a registered dietitian and fitness coach. With over 20 years of experience, I help women leading full, demanding lives navigate their relationship with food and their bodies, while maximizing their metabolic health. 

 As a perimenopausal woman, business owner, and busy mom raising two active humans, I know how overwhelming it can be to build a strong, healthy body in the middle of everything else you’ve got going.
