It was about 1 year ago when I realized. Dammit. It's all downhill from here...
I hate that mindset, but that's where I was. My skin, body, joints, figure, strength, mental sharpness....I don't know when my "peak" actually occurred, but I thought, "It's not going to get any better from here on out." 😬
I knew that I was doing enough things right that I wasn't experiencing symptoms to the degree as many of my peers. However, I was still seeing and feeling "shifts", despite a long history of healthy and consistent habits. But I hated that many of my friends and clients were really struggling, especially with the body piece.
We live in a culture where youth and beauty is overtly glorified, especially for women. It's easy for us to lose our entire sense of value and identity when we feel these "assets" are being stripped from us. Most of us don't really want to be 25 again, but we also still want to feel like US. And at this point in our life, there can start to be a disconnect of who we feel we are with who we see in the mirror. We feel out of our skin.
And so, I started studying....and applying. How do we make the most of what we've got consider the changes that are inevitably going to happen? Just like puberty, we're going to experience hormonal disruption, but how do we arm ourselves with the right knowledge, tools, and practices to age as gracefully as possible and preserve not only our physiques, but also our CONFIDENCE in the process?
And so here we are.....
Through individualized coaching and group trainings, we address all that needs to change when we're going through "The Change"....

You'll discover why the old ways no longer work and how to upgrade your exercise routine to meet the demands of mid-life. Learn the key shifts you need to make to manage your overall stress load, maintain strength, preserve muscle, and stay powerful - without wasting your time with ineffective methods.

Personalized Wellness Blueprint
Building upon the foundations of sound nutrition & exercise practices, but also includes an assessment and plan to address sleep, stress management, mindset, recovery, and potential supplementation to optimize your hormones and health.
What to expect from the program:
Upon Enrollment
Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a personal phone call and email from me within 24 hours welcoming you to the program and setting up our first official coaching call.
Ongoing, over our 12 weeks together, you can expect to have at least 3 calls with me as your coach guiding you through your individual plan and challenges. You’ll also have weekly check-ins to enhance your focus, accountability, and support throughout your program. Photos will also be requested at the beginning and throughout the length of the program to document progress of body composition change.
Workouts
Workouts will have an emphasis of strength and will be designated and progressed monthly based on your fitness level and equipment available. However, at a minimum, dumbbells that are challenging FOR YOU will be required to GROW into, generally, a weight range that will take you through 25 pounds.
Programming will be delivered via an app where video instruction is provided for every exercise assigned. However, during individual video coaching sessions, additional instruction/form cues can be reviewed as needed.
